Private label water is Crystal Mountain bottled water with your artwork on the label. The page lists design help, flexible order quantities, and uses that include corporate events, weddings, and product launches. It does not print a minimum quantity, a turnaround in days, or a price.

What private label means here

The custom-label service describes personalized labels with a logo for events, giveaways, or daily use. The private label page adds professional design assistance, flexible quantities, and the same premium water. “Quick turnaround” and “competitive pricing” appear as phrases on that page. Neither phrase is backed by a number of days or a dollar amount. Ask for both on the quote. This page will not invent them.

The water inside is Crystal Mountain’s drinking water unless the quote says otherwise. Premium drinking water is the medal bottle: 2008 gold and 2007 silver at Berkeley Springs, on the associations page. Distilled water is a different product and is a poor default for a logo bottle people will drink. Mountain Valley is a licensed spring water with its own bottle shapes, not a blank label program, unless Crystal Mountain confirms they will label it. Ask.

Older “custom label” URLs point here. There is one private label offer, not a separate page per event type.

Where labeled bottles are used

The page names three uses: corporate events, weddings and parties, and product launches. Daily office use is on the custom-label description. A labeled 16.9-ounce bottle is the giveaway size implied by the case the premium page already sells as 24 count. A labeled 5-gallon bottle is possible only if the quote says the cooler bottle can take artwork. The site does not show a 5-gallon private label photo. Do not assume it.

An office that wants its name on the break-room bottle still needs a delivery account if the bottles are the 5-gallon or the case on a route. Bottled delivery is North and Central Alabama, with the empty-bottle swap for homes and a one-to-four-week visit for businesses. A one-time event order may not be a route account. Say which you need so the quote is not written as a standing delivery.

Georgia and Tennessee are where the delivery page offers point-of-use coolers instead of bottles. A private label bottle is still a bottle. Confirm the event address can receive bottles.

Artwork and quantities

“Professional design assistance” means Crystal Mountain says it will help with the label. Send the logo in the form the contact asks for, or ask H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com what file they need. The site does not specify vector versus raster, colors, or a proof cycle. Those details belong in the email thread, not as guessed print specs.

“Flexible order quantities” means the page is not advertising a single case count. The only case count printed anywhere nearby is the 24-count of 16.9-ounce premium water, and that count is for the unlabeled retail case. Your labeled order can differ. Ask for the quantity breaks they will actually produce.

The page says the bottles are for any occasion. That is marketing width, not a list of permits. If the event needs a specific bottle material, ask. Mountain Valley’s glass sizes are a different brand. Crystal Mountain’s own case is the plastic 16.9-ounce bottle shown for premium water.

How this sits next to delivery and coolers

Private label does not include a cooler, an ice machine, or a coffee brewer. Cooler rental, bottleless coolers, and ice equipment such as the Monet DMI, I15, or WL Ice 900 are separate. Coffee labels are not this program. This program is the water bottle.

Do not place association marks on a customer label unless Crystal Mountain agrees. Current affiliations on the associations page are the Better Business Bureau, NSF International, and ENSO. Crystal Mountain is no longer a member of IBWA or SEBWA. Putting any of those marks on a label is a trademark question.

The 2006 best employer line and the Berkeley Springs medals are Crystal Mountain’s awards. They are not an award for the company buying the labels.

How to request a quote

Call 1-888-881-8945 or email H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com with the event or office address, the date you need bottles in hand, the quantity, and whether you want design help. Huntsville is 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. Knoxville is 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922. Mail payments to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. Cards listed on the delivery page are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Ask three questions the site leaves open: the minimum, the number of days from approved art to delivery, and whether the order is a one-time shipment or a route. Ask the price per case. Ask which bottle size can take the label.

The contact form is the right form if you do not have artwork yet. Say “private label” in the message so it is not entered as a standard 5-gallon premium delivery.

What a complete private-label request contains

Send five facts, because the page leaves all five open. The address and the date the bottles must be in hand. The quantity. The bottle size you hope to label, chosen from sizes Crystal Mountain actually shows: the 16.9-ounce bottle and the 5-gallon cooler bottle, with an explicit question about which of those can take artwork. Whether you want design help. Whether this is one shipment or a standing route. “Flexible quantities” and “quick turnaround” are the page’s words. They become real only when the reply states a minimum and a number of days.

Say what the water is. The default drinking water is Crystal Mountain premium, the bottle with the 2008 gold and 2007 silver Berkeley Springs medals on the associations page. Do not promise a guest that the logo bottle is Mountain Valley, distilled, or sparkling unless the quote says that brand is being labeled. Mountain Valley has its own glass and a 16.9-ounce sparkling bottle. Distilled is for equipment. A logo does not change either of those facts.

A standing route, if that is what you ordered, still follows the delivery page: North and Central Alabama for bottles, empties outside at a house, an office visit every one to four weeks. An event in Georgia or Tennessee may not be on that bottle route. Say “event shipment” if that is what you need. Coolers, ice, and coffee are not included. Cards the company lists are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. The quote should show the price per case before you approve the art.

Design assistance means you can start without a finished label. It does not mean association marks, including historical IBWA or SEBWA references, or the BBB, NSF, and ENSO marks, can be placed on your art. Crystal Mountain is no longer a member of IBWA or SEBWA. Ask before any of those marks, or the Berkeley Springs line, is printed for your event. The Huntsville street address is 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. Knoxville is 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr. A wedding or a product launch still needs the date and the quantity in the email to H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com. The contact form works if the artwork is not ready. Write “private label” in the message so the request is not opened as a standard cooler delivery. The page also names corporate events. Those are the same quote, with the company name on the label and the delivery address of the event, not a separate product.

Count bottles against the sizes the site actually shows. A 24-count case is printed for Crystal Mountain’s 16.9-ounce premium water, not automatically for a labeled run. Your quantity can be higher or lower. The reply has to say which. A 5-gallon labeled bottle, if it is offered, still needs a cooler if people will drink it in a break room, and that cooler is a rental or a specialty cabinet, not part of the label price. Glass Mountain Valley sizes are a different brand with their own pictures. An event that wants glass should be quoted as Mountain Valley, then asked the labeling question, instead of assuming private label includes that glass.

Payment follows the rest of the company: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express on the delivery page, and mail to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. The phone number is 1-888-881-8945. None of that sets the label price. Approve art only after the quote shows the case price, the date, and the address. If the date slips, the page does not describe a rush fee. Ask before you promise a venue. Jacksonville mail on the contact page is PO Box 74, Gulf Breeze, FL 32562, if that office is the one handling the paperwork.
