Mountain Valley spring water on this site is the spring water Crystal Mountain distributes, not the premium bottle from Crystal Mountain’s own plant. The page says it is bottled at the source from a spring near Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas, with naturally high pH and trace minerals, in still and sparkling, and that distribution through Crystal Mountain is exclusive.

Sizes shown on the page

Four packages are pictured. A 2.5-gallon glass bottle is labeled for water coolers. A 1-liter glass bottle is the table size. A 16.9-ounce plastic bottle is the on-the-go size. A 16.9-ounce glass bottle is the sparkling size. Still and sparkling are both on the feature list. The page does not show a 5-gallon Mountain Valley bottle. Crystal Mountain’s own 5-gallon is the premium drinking water bottle.

Glass versus plastic is part of the offer. The 2.5-gallon and the 1-liter and the sparkling 16.9 are glass. The still 16.9 in the set is plastic. Ask for the package by those names so a premium 16.9-ounce case of 24 is not shipped in its place.

“Exclusive Crystal Mountain distribution” is the page’s phrase for this territory. It is a distribution claim on the page, not a map. The delivery page still says bottled routes are North and Central Alabama, and that Georgia and Tennessee are offered point-of-use coolers. Ask whether Mountain Valley glass rides those same rules.

What the page claims about the water

The published lines are: bottled at the source, near Hot Springs National Park, naturally high pH, trace minerals, still and sparkling, glass and plastic, and exclusive distribution by Crystal Mountain. There is no pH digit, no mineral list, and no Berkeley Springs medal attached to Mountain Valley on the associations page. The 2008 gold and 2007 silver medals are for Crystal Mountain premium drinking water. Do not move those medals onto this brand.

Trace minerals are why someone chooses spring water instead of distilled. Distilled, on its page, is steam condensed and described as having no minerals. They answer different requests. Premium drinking water is Crystal Mountain’s own bottle for the cooler. Mountain Valley is the Arkansas spring water in the sizes above.

Sparkling here is the 16.9-ounce glass bottle. It is not the bottleless cooler, and it is not a soda gun. Soft drinks and refreshments are offered through workplace coffee service, not with this brand.

Coolers and the 2.5-gallon glass bottle

The page says the 2.5-gallon glass bottle is for water coolers. A standard Crystal Mountain top-loader is described around a 5-gallon bottle on the premium page. A 2.5-gallon bottle may not fit every cabinet. Ask before you rent a top-loader for Mountain Valley. Bottom-loaders and the H2O 2250 are also different machines. The bottleless cooler does not use this glass bottle at all.

Bottle Buddies are for stacking Crystal Mountain bottles. Ask whether they hold the 2.5-gallon glass. The site does not say.

Empty-bottle swap on the delivery page is described for residential empties left outside. Glass is heavier and breakable. Ask the route whether the swap and the “you do not have to be home” instruction apply to Mountain Valley glass or only to the plastic cooler bottles.

How to order Mountain Valley

Call 1-888-881-8945 or email H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com. Name the size: 2.5-gallon glass, 1-liter glass, 16.9-ounce plastic, or 16.9-ounce sparkling glass. Say still or sparkling. Say whether this is a standing office order or a one-time case. Huntsville is 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. Knoxville is 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922.

Prices are not on the page. Free delivery is published for Crystal Mountain bottled water. Coffee is delivered with a water order only in Birmingham. Ask whether that free-delivery line includes Mountain Valley. Do not assume it.

Cards listed for Crystal Mountain delivery are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Mail to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. Private label artwork is not this brand’s packaging. If you need a logo, use the private label page and ask which bottle can be labeled.

What not to confuse it with

It is not a city product and not an industrial water. Process equipment URLs do not belong to Mountain Valley. They were sent to the premium drinking water page because that is the drinking-water explanation, and that page says Crystal Mountain does not install process systems.

It is not ice. The ice dispensers make ice from a plumbed machine. They do not dispense Mountain Valley.

It is not a membership badge. IBWA and the other associations are listed for Crystal Mountain. Mountain Valley’s own source story is the Hot Springs paragraph on this page. Keep the two stories separate when you tell a customer which bottle is which.

Placing a Mountain Valley order in this catalog

Use the four names on the pictures: 2.5-gallon glass for a cooler, 1-liter glass, 16.9-ounce plastic, and 16.9-ounce sparkling glass. Still versus sparkling is a separate word. The page says the water is bottled at the source near Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas, with naturally high pH and trace minerals, and that Crystal Mountain’s distribution is exclusive. There is no pH number beside “naturally high.” There is no mineral panel. The Berkeley Springs gold and silver medals stay on Crystal Mountain premium water, on the associations page, and do not transfer to this brand.

Ask the cooler question before the 2.5-gallon glass is paired with a Crystal Mountain top-loader. That cabinet is shown for a 5-gallon bottle on the premium page. A mismatch wastes a rental. The bottleless cooler does not use this glass at all. Bottle Buddies are not described as glass racks. The residential empty-bottle swap is described for bottles left outside, and glass is easier to break that way, so ask the route how Mountain Valley empties are handled.

Ask the delivery question the same way. Free delivery is published for Crystal Mountain bottled water. This page does not repeat that sentence for Mountain Valley. Bottled routes are published for North and Central Alabama. Georgia and Tennessee are offered point-of-use systems on the delivery page. Exclusive distribution is not a promise that every city on the locations page gets this glass on a weekly truck.

Price is a quote at 1-888-881-8945 or H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com. Name the size, still or sparkling, and one-time or standing. Private label is a different program. If the guest wants a logo, that conversation happens on the private label page, and Mountain Valley’s package may not be the bottle they label. Huntsville is 275 Quality Circle NW. Knoxville is 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr. Mail payments go to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. Cards listed for Crystal Mountain delivery are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If the order is a case of 16.9-ounce plastic for a meeting, say how many cases. The page does not print a case count for Mountain Valley the way the premium page prints 24. If the order is sparkling glass, say sparkling so still plastic is not substituted. If the order is the 1-liter glass, say whether it is for a table rather than a cooler.

Store glass differently from the plastic cooler bottles. The 2.5-gallon, the 1-liter, and the sparkling 16.9 are glass. The still 16.9 in the set is plastic. A residential customer who leaves every empty outside, which is the instruction for Crystal Mountain bottles, should ask before doing that with glass. An office that wants the 2.5-gallon on a cooler should confirm the cabinet before the rental starts. The compact and premium cabinets on the specialty page are described for Crystal Mountain’s own bottles. They are not described as Mountain Valley racks.

Sparkling glass is the only sparkling product this page is about. It is not a soda tap and it is not the soft-drink list on the coffee page. Still spring water is the other three packages. Distilled water has no minerals by the distilled page’s definition, so it is the wrong bottle if the reason for the order is the trace minerals this page mentions. Premium drinking water is the medal bottle from Crystal Mountain’s own plant. Say the brand on the phone so the three are not packed as one SKU. The company has sold water in this region since 1996. That history is on the company page and does not change which of these three bottles is on the truck. The phone number is 1-888-881-8945. The payment page’s mailing address for checks is the Huntsville P.O. box, not the Quality Circle street address. Ask the route before you leave glass empties outside overnight. The 1-liter glass is a table bottle, not a cooler bottle.
