Bottled Water Delivery

Crystal Mountain bottled water delivery is a scheduled stop that brings full bottles to a home or office and takes the empties away. The published service area for bottled delivery is North and Central Alabama. Business accounts are visited every one to four weeks. Residential customers get a delivery-day schedule and can leave empty bottles outside for the swap.

What bottled water delivery includes

The cooler bottles Crystal Mountain lists for this service are 3-gallon and 5-gallon. The premium drinking water page also shows a 5-gallon premium bottle, a 5-gallon distilled bottle, a 1-gallon distilled bottle, and a 16.9-ounce case packed 24 bottles to the case. Top-loading coolers, bottom-loading coolers, and Bottle Buddies (a stackable holder for the bottles) are sold alongside the water. Those cooler cabinets are described on the specialty products page.

The delivery page states that delivery is free, and that the company accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A rate card is not printed on this page. Ask for the current bottle price when you set up the account, because this page does not invent one.

Crystal Mountain has operated in the region since 1996. The contact page lists a Huntsville office at 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806, an Atlanta mailing address at P.O. Box 570262, Atlanta, GA 30357, a Knoxville office at 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922, and a Florida Panhandle mailing address at PO Box 74, Gulf Breeze, FL 32562. Payments by mail go to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. The main phone number is 1-888-881-8945. Email is H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com.

Where the bottled route runs

The home and office delivery page draws a line the city grid used to ignore. It says bottled water delivery is available throughout North and Central Alabama, and that customers in Georgia and Tennessee are offered point-of-use systems that connect to the building water line. Those plumbed coolers live on the bottleless coolers page. Do not assume a 5-gallon route exists for every Georgia or Tennessee city listed on the locations page.

The company page says Crystal Mountain has served Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle since 1996. Both statements are on the site. The practical step is to call 1-888-881-8945 or write H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com and ask which product is on your street: bottled delivery, or a cooler that plumbs into the water line. The locations page is the city list. It is not a separate delivery promise for each city. Bottled delivery remains a North and Central Alabama service.

How a delivery account works

A business customer, in the words of the delivery page, is visited automatically every one to four weeks, depending on need and the delivery schedule. The stated purpose of that visit is a cooler that is clean and a supply of water that has not run out. The page does not publish a clock time for the stop.

A residential customer receives a schedule of delivery days. The same page says you do not have to be home. Leave the empty bottles outside on delivery day and the driver trades them for full bottles. That is the empty-bottle swap. It is the only pickup step the site describes.

Setup starts with the contact form or a call to 1-888-881-8945. Tell them whether the stop is a house or an office, which bottle size you want, and whether you already have a cooler. Premium water, distilled water, and the cooler itself can ride the same account. Coffee service is a separate workplace offer on the coffee page, with 3–5 year contracts for businesses and office buildings.

Premium water, distilled water, and coolers

Premium drinking water is the bottle Crystal Mountain points to for everyday drinking. The associations page lists a 2008 gold medal and a 2007 silver medal for premium drinking water at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting. This page does not add minerals, lab numbers, or contaminant percentages that the site does not publish.

Distilled water is a different bottle. The distilled page describes steam distillation and lists 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes for equipment such as CPAP machines, humidifiers, car batteries, and irons. Order it on the same delivery if you need it. It is not a substitute name for the premium drinking bottle.

A top-loading cooler takes the bottle on top. A bottom-loading cooler hides the bottle in the cabinet so you are not lifting a full 5-gallon bottle onto the reservoir. Bottle Buddies stack bottles between deliveries. If you would rather not handle bottles at all, read the bottleless coolers page before you open a bottled account.

What this page is not

Older URLs for restaurants, clinics, stores, hotels, schools, factories, and “emergency office water” now land here. They were copies of this same delivery offer with an industry word swapped in. Crystal Mountain does not publish a separate delivery product for each industry. An office, a shop, and a house use the same bottles and the same route rules above.

Crystal Mountain does not install industrial process equipment. Dealkalizers, membranes, distribution loops, and whole-house softeners are not in the product catalog. Those old URLs now point at the premium drinking water page, which explains the limit in plain language.

Current affiliations listed on the links and associations page are the Better Business Bureau, NSF International, and ENSO. Crystal Mountain is no longer a member of IBWA or SEBWA; its historical IBWA awards remain on that page. This page does not add certificate numbers.

A first order, from the phone call to the swap

Start with the address and the kind of account. A house in North or Central Alabama is the residential pattern: you receive delivery days, you set the empties out, and the driver exchanges them for full bottles. You do not have to be home for that exchange. An office on the same bottled route is the business pattern: Crystal Mountain visits on its own every one to four weeks so the cooler does not sit empty. Say which pattern you are, because the site describes them differently.

Then name the bottles. Everyday drinking water is the premium bottle, including the 5-gallon premium bottle shown on the premium water page. Equipment water is distilled, in the 1-gallon bottle or the 5-gallon bottle, and it should be ordered by that name so it is not swapped for the drinking bottle. Small packs are the 16.9-ounce case of 24. If the account also wants a logo on a bottle, that is private label, which is a separate page and a separate conversation about artwork. Mountain Valley spring water, still or sparkling, is also a separate bottled product, in 2.5-gallon glass, 1-liter glass, 16.9-ounce plastic, and 16.9-ounce sparkling glass. Ask if those sizes ride the same truck.

Then name the cabinet if you do not already own one. Top-loading, bottom-loading, compact, and premium cabinets are pictured on the specialty products page. Bottle Buddies are the stackable holders for bottles between visits. If you do not want a bottle in the building at all, stop and read the bottleless cooler page before you open this account. Rental of the cabinet, as opposed to buying it, is the water cooler rental page, and the monthly dollar amount is quoted rather than printed.

Payment on the delivery page is Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. A mailed payment goes to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. The Huntsville street address for the company is 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. Keep the schedule the route gives you. The site does not publish a holiday calendar, a cutoff hour, or a fee for a missed empty-bottle set-out. Ask those questions on the setup call at 1-888-881-8945 so they are part of your account, not a guess on this page.

What to keep next to the cooler

A bottled account fails in ordinary ways: the empties were not outside, the cooler ran out mid-week, or a distilled bottle was poured into the drinking reservoir. The delivery page already tells residential customers to set empties out on the scheduled day and says they do not have to be home for the swap. Write the delivery day where the bottles are stored. Bottle Buddies, on the specialty page, are the stack for those bottles. They do not change the schedule.

For an office, the published visit is every one to four weeks. If the cooler is empty before that, the page does not describe an automatic extra trip. Call 1-888-881-8945 and ask for an added stop rather than assuming the route will notice. Keep premium bottles and distilled bottles apart. Premium is the drinking water, with the Berkeley Springs medals listed for 2008 and 2007. Distilled is the steam-distilled bottle for the devices on the distilled page. A 16.9-ounce case of 24 is the small pack, not a substitute label for either jug.
