Crystal Mountain’s coffee service is the break-room catalog: pod coffee, drip coffee, K-Cups, tea, cocoa, creamers, sweeteners, sugar, cups, and the brewers that make them. The coffee page says delivery is free when the coffee rides with a water order, that the service is for home or office, and that there is no long-term contract.

Coffee, tea, and cocoa in the catalog

Pod coffee names in the catalog are Donut Shop, Donut Shop Dark, Donut Shop Decaf, Arrow Espresso, House Blend, French Caramel, French Vanilla, Vanilla Hazelnut Crème, and Pumpkin Spice. Pod teas are Earl Gray, English Breakfast, and Panfried Green Tea. Powders for the same station are Barista Cocoa and Barista Milk.

Drip coffee in filter packs includes 8 o’clock, Peet’s Major Dickason, Maxwell House Special Delivery, Maxwell House Masterblend, Donut Shop, Folgers Regular, and Folgers Decaf. K-Cup coffees include Donut Shop, Columbian Select, Sumatran Reserve, Dark Magic, Our Blend, French Roast, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Vermont Country Blend, Caramel Vanilla Cream, Southern Pecan, and Breakfast Blend, plus more K-Cups in that same list. K-Cup tea includes Celestial Green Tea, Chai Latte, and English Black Tea. There is a K-Cup hot cocoa, and K-Cups for Cinnabon and apple cider. Loose tea on the list is Bigelow and Lipton. Cocoa mixes are hot chocolate with no sugar, plain hot chocolate, and hot chocolate with marshmallow.

Drink mixes named in the catalog are cafe latte, mochaccino, cafe mocha, cappuccino, hot chocolate, hot tea, iced coffee or iced tea, espresso, and milk shots. Those are catalog rows, not a café menu with sizes and prices. Prices are not printed.

Brewers you can ask for by name

The brewer rows are Fresh Cup Touch, CX Touch, CWTF15-APS with a plastic funnel, WAVE COMBO, and Keurig K-2550. Rentals are a Brewer Rental and a POD brewer rental. Those rentals belong on this page. Water cooler rental is a different contract for the water cabinet.

The coffee page’s own included list is premium brewers, a range of coffee brands, tea and hot chocolate, supplies such as cups and stir sticks, sweeteners and creamers, free delivery with the water order, home or office, and no long-term contract. Creamers in the catalog are Coffee-Mate original, hazelnut, and French vanilla, as powder, liquid dispenser, and bulk liquid, plus a salted caramel chocolate creamer. Sweeteners are Sweet’n Low, Equal, Splenda, and stevia. Sugar is Domino canister, Domino packets, and Sugar in the Raw.

Cups are 12-ounce cups, 12-ounce lids, Starbucks 12-ounce cups, and Starbucks sleeves. Filters, stir sticks, and a pot cleaner are in supplies, along with Crystal Mountain 16.9-ounce water. Funnels and cartridges in the accessory list are parts for the brewers, not a separate store. Ask for the part against the brewer model so the funnel matches.

Soft drinks on the same account

The catalog’s soft drink rows are Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, Dr Pepper 10, Pepsi, and Diet Snapple in a 20-ounce size, among that category. They are break-room beverages ordered through Crystal Mountain. They are not made by the ice dispenser. Ice is a separate machine, the i15 and the WL Ice 900, listed at 125 pounds a day.

A carbonated “soda service” mention on the specialty page is the same idea: canned or bottled drinks delivered to the workplace. Order them here with the coffee so the account has one delivery list.

Water for the brewer can be the premium bottle, distilled if a manual asks for it, or the building line through a bottleless cooler. The coffee page does not say the brewer includes a water filter except where an accessory row names one. The Omnipure filter rental is tied to the bottleless cooler.

How coffee delivery relates to water delivery

Free coffee delivery is published with a condition: it comes with the water order. Bottled water delivery is the North and Central Alabama bottle route, with residential empty-bottle swap and business visits every one to four weeks. If the address is in Georgia or Tennessee, the delivery page offers a point-of-use cooler instead of bottles. Coffee can still be discussed for that account. Ask whether the free-delivery condition still applies when the water product is a plumbed cooler rather than a bottle. The page does not spell that case out.

No long-term contract is the coffee page’s phrase. Get the rental term for a Keurig K-2550 or a CWTF15-APS in writing anyway, because “no long-term contract” and a brewer rental can mean different notice periods. The site does not define the notice period.

Cards on the delivery page are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Phone 1-888-881-8945. Email H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com. Huntsville is 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. Mail P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814.

How to set up the station

Tell Crystal Mountain which brewer, which coffees, and whether you need tea, cocoa, creamer, sweetener, sugar, and cups. A drip station wants the filter-pack coffees and filters. A Keurig K-2550 wants the K-Cup list. A pod brewer wants the pod list and the POD brewer rental if you are not buying the machine. The WAVE COMBO and CX Touch and Fresh Cup Touch are the other names to use if someone on the account already knows them.

Say home or office. The page offers both. Say if this is an add-on to an existing water delivery so the free-delivery condition can be applied as written. Prices for coffee and for brewer rental are not on the site. Ask for them.

Cups and sleeves can be the generic 12-ounce cup or the Starbucks cup in the catalog. Stir sticks and the pot cleaner are supplies. Order them with the first coffee drop so the station is usable the day the brewer arrives. Installation of a plumbed brewer, if the model needs a water line, is not given a step list on the coffee page. The bottleless page has the only published water-line steps, and those steps are for the cooler. Ask the installer what the brewer needs.

Building the order so the station works on day one

Pick the brewer before the coffee. A Keurig K-2550 takes the K-Cup list: Donut Shop, French Roast, Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Breakfast Blend, and the other K-Cups in the catalog, plus Celestial Green Tea, Chai Latte, English Black Tea, and hot cocoa. A drip brewer takes the filter packs: 8 o’clock, Peet’s Major Dickason, Maxwell House, Folgers, and Donut Shop, plus BrewRite filters. Pod coffee (Donut Shop Dark, Arrow Espresso, Pumpkin Spice, and the rest of that pod list) belongs on the POD brewer rental or a pod machine, not in a drip funnel. The CWTF15-APS is the brewer listed with a plastic funnel. Fresh Cup Touch, CX Touch, and WAVE COMBO are the other machine names.

Then add what the cup needs. Coffee-Mate original, hazelnut, and French vanilla come as powder, as a liquid dispenser, and as bulk liquid. Sweeteners are Sweet’n Low, Equal, Splenda, and stevia. Sugar is Domino packets, a Domino canister, and Sugar in the Raw. Cups are 12-ounce with lids, or the Starbucks 12-ounce cup and sleeve. Stir sticks are in supplies. Skip any of those and the brewer still arrives, but the station is not usable. The page says supplies, sweeteners, and creamers are part of the service. Put them on the first ticket anyway so “included” is a list, not a hope.

Water and ice stay separate. The free coffee delivery line requires a water order. Bottled water is the Alabama route. A Georgia or Tennessee account may be a bottleless cooler instead, and you should ask whether coffee still rides free in that case. Soft drinks in the catalog can be on the coffee ticket: Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, Dr Pepper 10, Pepsi, and Diet Snapple 20 ounce are rows in that list. The ice dispenser does not brew and does not chill those cans. Cocoa mixes, Bigelow tea, Lipton tea, and the cafe latte through milk-shot drink rows are catalog items on the same ticket, not a café with a printed menu. No long-term contract is the published phrase. Ask the brewer rental to state the notice period in the quote, because the website does not. Prices for beans, K-Cups, and the Keurig K-2550 rental are also unprinted. Get them before the first delivery is scheduled.
