Premium drinking water is Crystal Mountain’s everyday bottled water for homes and offices. The product page shows a 5-gallon bottle and a 16.9-ounce case of 24. The associations page lists a 2008 gold medal and a 2007 silver medal for this water at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting. The same product page says delivery to home or office is free.

What you are ordering

Order this when the bottle is for drinking. The sizes tied to the premium page are the 5-gallon bottle and the packaged 16.9-ounce bottles in a 24-count case. A 3-gallon bottle is also named on the bottled delivery service. Distilled water is a different SKU, in 1-gallon and 5-gallon bottles, for equipment rather than for the water cooler people drink from. Mountain Valley spring water is a third bottle, bottled at the source near Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas, in glass and plastic sizes listed on that page. Private label is the premium water, or the bottle you agree on, with your artwork on it.

Coolers that sit under this bottle are top-loading and bottom-loading. A top-loader takes the bottle on the reservoir. A bottom-loader hides the bottle in the cabinet. Bottle Buddies stack extra bottles. Those cabinets are on the specialty products page, and the cabinet can be rented on the water cooler rental page. The rental page does not print a monthly price.

The company has sold water in this region since 1996. The Huntsville office is 275 Quality Circle NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35806. Knoxville is 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr., Knoxville, TN 37922. Phone 1-888-881-8945. Email H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com. Mail P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814.

Awards and memberships that are actually listed

The links and associations page is the source for medals and company awards. It lists a 2008 gold medal and a 2007 silver medal for premium drinking water at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting. It also lists 32 historical IBWA awards, two IBWA Driver of the Year wins, the Madison County Small Business of the Year award, and the Best Company to Work For in Alabama award. Crystal Mountain is no longer a member of IBWA or SEBWA. This page does not add years that the associations page does not print.

Current affiliations on that page are the Better Business Bureau, NSF International, and ENSO. Historical IBWA awards remain. This page does not invent a lab report, a mineral panel, or a contaminant percentage. The product page’s own phrases are “pure, crisp, refreshing taste” and “free of toxins and contaminants.” Those are the company’s words on the page. They are not a new test result.

If a buyer needs a certificate number, the number is not on the website. Ask H2Oinfo@crystalmtnwater.com for the sheet the associations page is summarizing.

How delivery of this bottle works

The delivery page is more specific than a statewide slogan. It says bottled water delivery runs through North and Central Alabama, that delivery is free, and that Georgia and Tennessee customers are offered point-of-use systems on the water line. Those systems are bottleless coolers, not this bottle. Call 1-888-881-8945 before you assume a 5-gallon premium route exists outside North and Central Alabama.

Residential customers get a schedule of delivery days. They do not have to be home. Empty bottles go outside and the driver trades them for full ones. Business customers are visited every one to four weeks based on need and the schedule. The page says the visit is there so the cooler stays stocked. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Coffee is a separate workplace service. It is for businesses and office buildings, with 3–5 year contracts. In Birmingham, coffee can be delivered with a water order. In other areas, a coffee representative coordinates it. Ice dispensers and bottleless coolers are separate machines.

What this water is not

A set of old URLs for dealkalizers, membranes, deionizers, distribution loops, storage tanks, high-purity systems, high-volume reverse osmosis, salt, and whole-house softeners now land on this page. They land here because the catalog has no industrial process product to send them to, and the homepage would be the wrong destination. Crystal Mountain sells drinking water, distilled water, Mountain Valley, coffee, and the coolers and ice machines described on their own pages. It does not install process-water equipment. If that is the job, this is not the vendor.

This page is also not a city page. The same 5-gallon premium bottle is the product in every Alabama town on the route. The locations page lists cities. It does not change the water.

Neti pots, humidifiers, and CPAP machines are discussed on the distilled page, because that is the bottle the site points at for those devices. Do not use the premium drinking bottle as a stand-in for distilled unless Crystal Mountain tells you they are interchangeable. The site treats them as different products.

How to place the order

Call 1-888-881-8945 or use the contact form. Say “premium drinking water,” say 5-gallon or the 24-count case, and say whether you need a cooler. If you are a house, ask for the residential schedule and the empty-bottle swap. If you are an office, ask for the one-to-four-week visit. If you are in Georgia or Tennessee, ask whether the answer is this bottle or a bottleless cooler.

Ask the price on the call. Free delivery is published. The price of the bottle is not printed here. Ask whether Bottle Buddies or a bottom-loading cooler should be on the same ticket. Ask whether distilled or Mountain Valley should ride along.

The contact page is the written path. The Huntsville street address and the Knoxville street address are the offices with street numbers. Atlanta and Jacksonville are P.O. boxes on that page. Payments by mail use P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814.

Premium water on a real account

Put the 5-gallon premium bottle on a cooler only if someone is drinking it. The associations page is where the 2008 gold medal and the 2007 silver medal are written down, both for premium drinking water at Berkeley Springs. The 16.9-ounce case of 24 is the same product in a small pack for a meeting or a job site. A 3-gallon bottle is named on the delivery service if the cooler or the lift calls for it. None of those sizes is the distilled bottle, and none of them is Mountain Valley’s 2.5-gallon glass.

Free delivery is printed on this product page and on the delivery page. The territory printed for bottles is North and Central Alabama. A house gets a day of the week and leaves empties outside. An office is visited every one to four weeks. Georgia and Tennessee are pointed at point-of-use coolers on that delivery page. If your address is there, ask whether any premium bottles are still delivered or whether the account is a bottleless cooler. Do not use a city name from the locations list as proof of a bottle route.

The price of the bottle is a quote. The card types on the delivery page are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Mail to P.O. Box 5810, Huntsville, AL 35814. Coffee on the same account is a workplace coffee service: 3–5 year contracts, with delivery alongside a water order only in Birmingham. If you want a logo, stop and use private label, and ask which of these sizes can be labeled. If you want a cabinet without buying it, use water cooler rental and expect the monthly amount to be quoted.

Process equipment is not hiding in this product. Old pages about softeners, membranes, and high-purity loops redirect here so they are not 404s. The honest answer to those queries is that Crystal Mountain sells this drinking water and does not install that equipment. Say that to the caller instead of stretching this bottle into a plant specification. Current affiliations on the links page are the Better Business Bureau, NSF International, and ENSO. Historical IBWA awards remain, and Crystal Mountain is no longer a member of IBWA or SEBWA. Certificate numbers are not on the site. The Huntsville office for the quote is 275 Quality Circle NW, and the phone is 1-888-881-8945. Knoxville is 505 Cumberland Ridge Dr. Top-loading and bottom-loading coolers for this bottle are on the specialty products page, and Bottle Buddies stack the jugs between the scheduled swaps. Ask whether the first delivery includes the cooler or only the bottles.
